Before Your Heated Spray Tan:
- Exfoliate: Prior to your appointment, exfoliate your skin to remove any dead skin cells and create a smooth canvas for your tan.
- Avoid Moisturizers: Refrain from applying moisturizers, oils, or lotions to your skin before your spray tan appointment, as they can create a barrier and affect the absorption of the tanning solution.
- Waxing/Shaving: If you plan to wax or shave, do so at least 24 hours before your appointment to allow your skin to recover and ensure an even application of the tanning solution.
- Wear Loose Clothing: Opt for loose-fitting, dark-colored clothing to wear to your appointment to avoid rubbing off the tan immediately after application.
After Your Heated Spray Tan:
- Wait Before Showering: Wait at least 8-12 hours after your spray tan session before showering to allow the tanning solution to fully develop and set on your skin.
- Avoid Water Activities: Refrain from swimming, sweating excessively, or engaging in activities that may cause your tan to rub off or fade prematurely.
